Our events are organized and staffed by volunteers and funded entirely by member dues and donations from generous neighbors and local supporters.
Neighborhood Cleanup
It is time to roll up our sleeves and show some love to our beautiful neighborhood! Join us for the Old Oaks Neighborhood Clean-Up.
Whether you can stay for the whole event or just an hour, every helping hand makes a huge difference. The clean-up is a great way to meet neighbors, get some fresh air, and take pride in our community!

Fall Market
Join us for pumpkins, mums, and more at the Old Oaks Annual Pumpkin Sale and Fall Market
Mark your calendars and hold off on your fall faves until Saturday, October 3rd at 10 AM. We’ll be set up at the Old Oaks Park Gazebo (around 646 Wilson Ave.) with pumpkins, flowers, décor, and seasonal goodies until we sell out.
Our friends from Poston Farm are back this year with a wide variety of pumpkins in all shapes, colors, and sizes. We’ll also be joined by additional local vendors—stay tuned for announcements!

Progressive Wine Tasting
Join us for our Progressive Wine Tasting event, where each home will showcase a delightful wine! This event serves as a fundraiser for the Old Oaks Civic Association. The event is free, with a suggested donation of $15-$30 to cover the event cost. Your contributions will support neighborhood clean up initiatives by the Old Oaks Civic Association. If you would like to participate as a stop on the tour, please sign up using the form below! We are looking for 3 homes to host.

O.R.B. - The Obscure Reference Band will be playing in the Gazebo from 6pm - 8pm on Saturday Aug 29. The band features one of our very own Old Oaks neighbors!
The event is free! Bring your lawn chairs, a blanket, food, snacks and come listen to an incredibly awesome band. Spread the word and Invite your friends!
Also, we are still accepting donation to help fund the series so that we can continue to support live music all summer long in our very own (uber-cool) Old Oaks neighborhood. All proceeds go directly to funding the bands. Sponsors will be recognized in a program on the days of the event.

Yard Sale
Join us for our neighborhood yard sale! Not sure what to do with those extra items uncovered during spring cleaning? Find them a new home with your neighbors! This event will take place on the morning of our Summer Concert series kick off, and will be a great way to get potential buyers. Sellers can set up items on their front yard and patio. The map below shows approximate locations for the sellers. We will not share any physical addresses.
